Our Farmapram is manufactured by IFaCET in Mexico  that is the original and only legitimate manufacturer of the Farmapram brand. We source directly through licensed importers and authorized distribution channels, not the gray market. Every batch we receive is factory-sealed, fully traceable, and stored in our temperature-controlled facility in San Ysidro, California. If it does not come from IFaCET’s legal supply chain, we do not sell it. That is a promise we have kept for over ten years.

Yes, we do. We ship internationally to many countries around the world. The cost for international shipping is one hundred dollars. When you place an international order, your package will be shipped out the very next day after you complete your purchase. It typically takes approximately four to five business days to arrive at your house address, which is very fast for international delivery. Just like with domestic orders, your international package is shipped discreetly in plain packaging with a generic return address, and you receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order from the moment it leaves our facility until it arrives at your door.

We have perfected discreet shipping over more than a decade in business. Your order will arrive in plain, unmarked outer packaging usually a white or kraft bubble mailer or a simple box. There are no logos, no pharmacy names, no words that say “Farmapram” or medication” or anything else that might invite unwanted attention. The return address is a generic name like “SD Fulfillment” or “Border Logistics never our company name. Inside, your Farmapram is sealed in foam-lined, opaque mylar bags so there is no rattling sound and no way for anyone to see what is inside without opening the package. Your privacy is our priority. No one will ever know what you ordered.

Once your order is complete and has left our facility, we send you a tracking number immediately you will receive it by email. That tracking number works with the carrier we used  typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. You can click the link in your email or copy the number into the carrier’s website to see exactly where your package is at all times. You will see when it leaves San Ysidro, when it arrives at sorting centers along the way when it is out for delivery, and the moment it arrives safely at your house address. We believe in complete transparency, and tracking gives you that peace of mind.

If your package is lost in transit and the fault is ours  meaning we shipped it to the correct address you provided but the carrier never delivered it we take full responsibility. You do not have to file claims or wait for investigations. Just email us and let us know what happened. Once we confirm the package is genuinely lost, we will either refund your money right away the full amount, including shipping – or we will reship your entire order immediately at no extra cost to you. The choice is yours. That is our promise, and we have stood by it for over ten years.
